From this foundation, I craft a unique spa concept that includes signature rituals, wellness philosophies, sensory elements, and the energetic flow of the guest journey. Every detail, from the intention behind each treatment to the atmosphere of each space, is thoughtfully designed to create harmony, coherence, and authenticity.

My treatment design process blends holistic wellness principles with practical expertise. I create bespoke protocols, ingredient pathways, sensory scripts, and therapist guidelines that honour the brand’s essence. Treatments are developed to not only deliver results, but also to nurture presence, connection, and deep relaxation. I ensure every ritual is well-structured, safe, and aligned with both operational efficiency and therapist wellbeing.

Alongside treatment creation, I provide full support in shaping the spa division’s infrastructure: staff training programs, SOPs, room setup guidelines, retail curation, and holistic operational strategies. This ensures that the brand’s spa offering is elevated, seamless, and ready to thrive.

Through a blend of creativity, intention, and industry expertise, I create spaces and experiences that feel meaningful, restorative, and truly aligned with who they are.

Leading the way bringing CBD into the spa space with OTO international I created the spa strategy from treatments through to market. Launch partners included the Mandarin Oriental group, Soho House and the Rosewood hotels.
